Christopher Bowman Petition
We, the undersigned, request that the World Figure Skating Museum and Hall of Fame, formally recognize Christopher Bowman by inducting him into "The U.S. & World Figure Skating Hall of Fame" for 2009.
As the Governing bodies of Figure Skating are well aware Christopher Bowman was a two-time United States National Champion, two-time World medalist and two-time United States Winter Olympian. Moreover, he made an impact on the sport by bringing a charisma to the ice not seen before and rarely seen since. His ability to bring a crowd onto the ice with him brought an excitement to men's figure skating that has gone largely unrivaled since his retirement in 1992.
We believe that Christopher paved the way for other male and female skaters, to ride the cutting edge while he brought a true relevance to men's figure skating.
Please recognize Christopher Bowman's accomplishments by inducting him into "The World Figure Skating Hall of Fame"
